George Davidson, Co-Owner
Right at Home Anderson Co-Owner George Davidson Jr. is originally from Liberia, West Africa where he took care of his Father after he became ill. After coming to America, George became a top management executive with entrepreneur qualities and almost 20 years of experience in the steel service center environment covering IT, Human Resources, Trucking, and Operation Management.
His Personal Story
George is married to his high school sweetheart, Dorothy, and they have a daughter, Melody who is a freshman in college. They are members of the East Side Church of God. George loves to workout, read, play basketball but most of all George has a passion for serving others. George is doing something that wasn't available in Liberia with in-home care assistance, and believes in doing all he can to help his community.
Barry Sharp, Co-Owner
Right at Home Anderson Co-Owner Barry Sharp owned and ran a successful steel business for twenty nine years. Barry's philosophy on being an employer is that you can attempt to make employees do their job but it is so much easier to create an atmosphere where they desire to please and do the job. The only way to make that happen is to care for them. He has been able to be successful as an owner learning from both failures and successes. His desire now is to help others and to continue to contribute to the community.
His Personal Story
Barry has been married to Sheree for 39 years. They have two children: Zachary and Shannon. He and his family are members of Madison Park Church of God. For the twelve years now, Barry walks three miles daily. Barry was also board president of Liberty Christian School and Hope Unlimited.

Meet Our Wonderful Staff
Cathy S. Payton, Quality Improvement (QI) Assistant Coordinator
Cathy S. Payton, LPN became part of Right at Home as of February 2018. She is the QI Assistant Coordinator. Cathy has 45+ years working in the field of nursing, most recently in the capacity of Medical Records Coordinator. Ensuring the documentation to meet federal, state and company guidelines was the focus of this position. She has continued her education with IV certification, Dialysis, Administering TB tests, ICD10 coding, and ongoing education for Medical Records.
Her professional interests include education of nursing documentation and medical records audits to benefit the patient’s health endeavors and learning new practices and procedures as related to nursing. Cathy has served on many boards and committees within the community. She feels being an advocate for clients in need of healthcare is of the utmost importance.
Cathy is involved in the lives of her 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grand children. Attending their sports, school functions and other activities is her delight. Cathy enjoys traveling, reading and shopping adventures with friends. Her faith in God has sustained her throughout her nursing career and personal life.
Judith R. Irwin, ADON, Quality Improvement Manager
Judith R. Irwin is a registered nurse with 30 years experience. Home Health Care has been her primary focus for over 20 years. As a consultant, Judy has assisted in the startup of five skilled agencies in the state of Indiana. She has assumed various roles in many home health care agencies. It is not unusual for Judy to have known many of her patients for several years. Judy holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University as well as an Associate of Science in Nursing from Anderson University.
Judy joined Right at Home in July of 2017. She now assumes the roles of Alternate Administrator, Quality Improvement Manager and Alternate Director of Nursing. She assures that the Agency is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and Governing Body directives. She oversees community education efforts and the Quality Improvement program. She also shares responsibility for all skilled patient care, clinical, and resource management.
The Right at Home franchise has benefited from her expertise. She and her team successfully led Right at Home through their skilled nursing licensure within the required provisional time range.
Judy’s greatest accomplishment is her 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is actively involved with all the children and their activities.
Krystall, Human Resources
Krystall joined Right at Home in January 2018 working as an overnight caregiver. Her passion for helping others began more than 7 years ago when she started working with children with disabilities in the local school system. She continued to pursue her career in caregiving and became a Direct Support Professional at a group home. Krystall then went on to care for adults with mental disabilities. When Krystall learned of an opening here at Right at Home from a friend, she knew it was where she wanted to be.
Krystall continued working as a full time Behavioral Clinician during the day and started caring for an elderly client during the night. After the passing of her client, Krystall remained in touch but focused on her full-time work. A short time later an office position with Right at Home opened, and she knew it was meant to be. Krystall joined the team as a care coordinator where she focused on scheduling. A few years since then, she has now grown into her current role as HR Director. Krystall’s focus now is finding the right people to make a difference for the clients we serve. Krystall loves coming to work every day, knowing she can make an impact in someone’s life.
She moved to Anderson in 2011 after meeting her husband, Hank, in college at the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne. She enjoys baking, making wreaths, and hiking. When Krystall is not spending time with family, she spoils her two dogs Max and Ellie.
Stephanie Wallace, Clinical Supervisor/DON, Alternate Administrator
Stephanie Wallace, RN is an Anderson native who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Throughout her nursing career, Stephanie has gained leadership experience in home health, assisted living, and in long-term care. She joined the Right at Home family near the end of 2018.
Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Adult and Community Education, as well as a Master of Arts in Executive Development and Public Service from Ball State University. In addition to her personal commitment to serving in healthcare, Stephanie has also worked as a health sciences adjunct instructor for Ivy Tech Community College. During her time at Ivy Tech, she educated emergent healthcare professionals by teaching healthcare foundation courses including Dementia Care, Diversity in Health Care, Medical Law and Ethics, and Customer Relations in Healthcare.
Stephanie is committed to helping Right at Home clients age safely in their homes by coordinating and delivering quality, skilled care. She believes the key to helping clients maintain their safety and independence is providing ongoing education not only to our Right at Home direct care staff members, but also to our clients and their families as well. Aside from the satisfaction she feels when serving her community, Stephanie is happiest when she is spending time with her husband Will, their three children, and their grandson.
