Barry Sharp, Co-Owner
Right at Home Anderson Co-Owner Barry Sharp owned and ran a successful steel business for twenty nine years. Barry's philosophy on being an employer is that you can attempt to make employees do their job but it is so much easier to create an atmosphere where they desire to please and do the job. The only way to make that happen is to care for them. He has been able to be successful as an owner learning from both failures and successes. His desire now is to help others and to continue to contribute to the community.
