Welcome to Right at Home!
We Offer the Right Services When and Where You Need Them
RightCare is our comprehensive approach to delivering the care you or your loved one needs wherever you call home. We assist people in private residences, senior communities, long term care facilities and even the local homeless shelter. RightCare begins from the moment you call when we listen to your concerns and understand your needs. We will create a custom care plan based on a thorough in-person needs assessment with owner, Stephanie Humphries. She is a physical therapist with experience in home health care so she can discuss health-related issues and recommend home modifications and adaptive equipment to ensure safety in the home.
RightCare can also include private-duty nursing services. The extensive home health experience of our nurse adds another level of care and enables her to conduct a needs assessment as well. As care is provided, we will stay in communication with you to ensure your satisfaction with our services as well as report any concerns our caregivers may have regarding your loved one’s well-being. With our personalized care plans, managed by professionals, the RightCare will always be provided.

What Are the Qualifications of Your Caregivers?
Our caregivers have a variety of backgrounds which allows us to better match them with our clients. Our primary goal is finding and identifying those individuals who have the desire to help others and then we provide a full employee training and mentoring program.
How Long Have You Been in Business?
Right at Home Cedar Rapids has been in business since February of 2014. It is a locally owned and operated franchise. Stephanie Humphries bought the business from the original owner in September of 2017. Stephanie has a background in home health physical therapy and felt that owning an in-home care company would be a good fit for her professionally as well as socially because it is rooted in helping others. Stephanie most enjoys meeting with families and having a role in solving some of their challenges and providing recommendations for equipment, home modifications, and plans of care, to help people remain independent and safe while providing family members and other primary caregivers some peace of mind. She also enjoys forming relationships and partnerships with individuals, companies, and non-profit organizations in the community who are involved in working with the senior population. She feels it is a truly rewarding business!
