Daisha, Operations Manager
Daisha started working for Right at Home in 2013 and quickly became one of our top Caregivers. She worked in the field for several years until we brought her into the office to work as the Scheduling Coordinator. She excelled in this role. The combination of her extensive experience, knowledge, compassion and outstanding leadership skills made her an ideal candidate for Operations Manager and Client Care Coordinator. Her role is to ensure that we are always in compliance with state regulations, communicate with clients’ physicians, update medical orders and care plans, hire care staff and to oversee the day to day operations of Right at Home.
Erika, Care Manager
Erika has been with Right at Home AH since 2014. She is an LPN, which provides additional medical knowledge enhancing our clients’ care. She has worked out in the field and in the office giving her knowledge of all aspects of the business. As Care Manager, Erika is responsible for marketing, caregiver training, new client intakes and supervisory visits.
Ginnis, Accounts Manager/Client Billing
Ginnis has worked for Right at Home Central Oregon since 2013. Her extensive background in bookkeeping and office management qualify her to deal with client billing, and accounts receivable. She is very detail oriented and efficient. Our clients love working with her!
Callie, Staffing Coordinator
In 2010, Callie started as a caregiver and has continued to work her way up. She has a passion for helping people and her heart is in the medical field. She is a certified phlebotomist and has enjoyed that as well, but has found that her biggest passion is the caregiving arena and helping people each and every day. She has several years of office experience including facility and in-home care. She is a single mama of a beautiful 4-year old daughter Named Teecie. Callie has a standard poodle named Shalani, and a Great Dane named Sadie. Born and raised in beautiful Bend, she loves everything central Oregon has to offer. In her spare time she can be found camping or doing something outdoors.
Tanya Rawls, Registered Nurse
Tanya Rawls was born and raised in Oregon. She attended college in Minnesota to become an R.N. before returning to her beloved home state. Tanya has professional nursing expertise in home health, LTC, oncology, neurology and surgery, but loves the one-on-one personalized environment of in-home care. She has a passion for helping people. Her responsibilities for RAH include providing caregiver training, medication case management and delegations for our complex care clients.
