Ensuring Quality Home Care
To deliver outstanding home care to our clients, Right at Home Norfolk has partnered with Home Care Pulse, a respected home care research company, to conduct client and caregiver satisfaction surveys.
Each month, Home Care Pulse will randomly contact a percentage of our active clients and caregivers to ask them about their experiences with Right at Home. Information gathered from these surveys are shared with us and enables us to measure the quality of care we are providing. We use this information to improve the overall quality of care we provide and enhance the employment experience.
