As owner and Compliance officer since 2004, we have prided ourselves in knowing that we have always tried to be the best company to deal with in the homecare industry.

Being the best to us means making it simple, being helpful, offering our clients what they need and making sure that customer service is number one.  After immediately answering your call and all your questions we are able to come to your home or a facility where your loved one is temporarily staying to go over the in’s and out’s of homecare and how to navigate the waters.  We pride ourselves in being one of the most flexible agencies in the market with no daily or weekly minimum hour requirements and will accept one hour once a week! 

In 2008, we became an accredited agency through the Commission on Accreditation for Homecare to make sure our prospective and current clients knew we were running our business according to state standards and that the strict standards would improve the quality of care to themselves or loved one.  This is not mandatory in NJ but we feel it is important that the client knows what type of an agency they are dealing with.

As a Right at Home client we just don’t put an aide in the home and think our job is done.  We are the biggest advocates in Ocean and Monmouth Counties in regards to Senior Service programs like the VA, Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, Medicare Home Health, Long Term Care insurance assistance and many more.

Right at Home will guide you step by step through the process of how to get involved with these programs and will explain what you can expect from them.  We have contracts and relationships with some of the strongest and best Hospice agencies, Medicare Home Health agencies, government and state entities, and work with all Long term care insurance companies.

To ensure quality care and customer service, Right at Home has implemented leading edge technology services at no charge to you. These include clock in and clock out telephony calls for confirming that the aide has fulfilled their shift and the Family Room which is a web portal that families can log into to see schedules, bills, calendars, and aide shift details from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection.

All this gives the Right Care by Right at Home to our clients.
