Gregg Fulton, President
The Right at Home Hilton Head and Savannah office is led by our President Gregg Fulton who opened the agency in 2004. Gregg focused on matching quality caregivers with the right families at the duration and frequency the clients desired. The agency quickly found success and Gregg added a Care Manager, Sandra Toles.
Candace Williams, Care Manager
Candace comes to us with a BS in Healthcare Management as well as a wide range of experience to include being the exceptional needs program human resource & branch business manager at a home health agency. She comes with knowledge of overall management of home health agency and assisted living and loves taking care of her clients and making sure that they are getting the best care possible.
Stephanie Frazier, Director of Operations
Stephanie had been the Office Manager for an Assisted Living community for over 15 years. Stephanie enjoys visiting our clients and ensuring that their start of care is a seamless transition. Stephanie lives and breathes our Right Care philosophy of scheduling the Right People offering the Right Services with the Right Approach believing in our Right Mission.
Heather Flowers, Director of Quality Assurance, RN, BSN
Heather Flowers is our Director of Quality Assurance, is and RN and BSN. Heather holds the hands of the families in need. She is a shoulder to cry on and their pillar of strength when needed. She conducts Nursing checks and is the eyes in the home and a great peace of mind for families who do not live in the area and don’t have the opportunity to visit their loved ones as often as they would like.
Lilli Mullins, Accounting Administrator
Lilli Mullins is our in-house Accountant and ensures that all Long Term Care companies have the care notes and supporting paperwork they need so our clients can receive their reimbursements as soon as possible. Lilli patiently explains the details of billing when a client needs a few extra moments of attention.
Nancy Rosen, Human Resources Manager
Nancy Rosen is the Human Resource Manager. She comes to us with extensive HR and marketing experience. Nancy works at attracting and retaining the best caregivers in the Lowcountry! Onboarding, ongoing training and “taking care of the caregivers” is what Nancy enjoys the most.
Neil Hunnicutt, Director of Community Relations, LMSW
Neil Hunnicutt joined Right at Home in November 2006. Neil is the Director of Community Relations and he is part of our “different and better” story. Neil is a licensed Social Worker who guides the families through the home care process. Neil is known in the Lowcountry for his integrity. When the situation is not right for home care, Neil gently explains the options to the family and follows up to ensure they have found a plan of care for their loved ones.
