Right at Home Woodstock provides flexible scheduling, with full time or part time shifts available, and works hard to find good matches between clients and caregivers. We also offer travel time between clients, paid time off (PTO) , and Caregiver of the Year and Month celebrations. Our office provides Disease Management Training for nine chronic diseases, and eight hours of paid continuing education training each year.
Our phones are answered 24/7 as we want out caregivers to know they have the support they need, whenever that support is needed. Our caregiver staff is directed by our Director of Nursing and she serves as a valuable resource for caregiver training, answers to care questions and advise from someone that has been in senior care for many years. Our DON reviews all care notes personally and addresses any concerns that caregiver raise about their clients.
